Oh, where to begin? The couch in my room had stains that made me question my very existence, and the dirty bathroom left a lot to be desired—clearly not cleaned properly! I woudl ve been fine with all this if they had upgraded my room or at least apologized, but no. Almost thought about a good review but I just couldn't.

I particularly appreciated the warm hospitality from the staff, who were not only friendly but also accommodating to all my needs during my stay. The room was very clean, making me feel at ease and comfortable throughout my visit.

I had a pleasant experience at this location, as the king room was clean and the linens felt fresh. The staff was professional and resolved an issue with the TV quickly, which I appreciated.
